Here is now it works:
1. Refer a candidate to US Enhanced for potential job placement.
2. Candidate must tell the recruiter at the time of the interview/call the name of the person who referred them and what company they are working for.
3. The Recruiter will note that the candidate was referred and by whom within the CRM.
4. When the candidate is placed with a client and they work 30 business days, the referee will receive $100 cash.
