Steve McDaniel founded US-Enhanced in 2018 after working with outside recruiting firms to staff positions at US Metal Crafters and US Duct and seeing firsthand how impersonal the hiring process had become. Other recruiters who only looked at the resume and hard skills seemed concerned about providing a 'warm body' candidate. In contrast, he saw a need for candidates who would be vetted for culture and personality fit first and foremost. At US-Enhanced, we view people holistically and consider their potential, not just their resumes.
